Bath and Body Works Haul! (Yes, Again... =P)

Weellllllll...I think I have a shopping addiction! I went back to the Bat and Body Works Hello, Yellow! Sale and got roped into buying more things! I know, its bad! But, my total this time was $24, so I don't think I went overly so. Anyway, let's see what I bought!!

A Pink Loofa! $2 : These loofa's (forgive me if I spell that wrong..) are absolutely adorable and of course I got it in pink...my favorite color! I think these loofas are extremely soft and durable with the plaid ribbon on it. On the website it was listed as $1.75, but I paid $2 for it? Well, it's only $0.25... =\

Cinnamon Heaven Moisturizing Soap $2.50: If you read my last BBW haul, I got my grandma a few soaps for her birthday in a few months. Wellllllll, I thought it pointless to buy more soap for her for Christmas for more money, so I actually bought her Christmas present in June. (Haha, I don't know if I said this in my last haul, but I always buy my grandma soap for any holiday, it's sort of our little joke☺)

Nectarine Mint Deep Cleansing Soap $2.50: Read the above..... ☺I know this isn't as Christmas-smelling as cinnamon, but this scent is incredible!!!

Berry Parfait Foaming Soap $2.50: Smelled amazing + the price = my next soap purchase for myself!!

Carried Away Travel Sized Frangrance Mist $FREE!: I got this for free because I had a coupon (it's legit, I swear!) for a free travel sized item and this is what I chose!

Apricot Travel Sized Frangrance Mist $FREE!: I actually beat the system and used two coupons and sent my friend to buy one half of my purchases with one coupon, and I took the other. This way, I was still paying the same amount of money, just for more products!!

Cherry Vanilla Shower Gel $2.62: I adore this smell and it was SEVENTY FIVE PERCENT OFF! That's right! So, I HAD to pick it up!

Lemon Vanilla Shower Gel $2.50: Amazing smell, great price!!!

And then I got five Anti-Bac's, and they all smell amazing!

From left to right: Lemon Pomegranate, Carribean Escape, Lunch Box PB&J, Island Nectar, Lunch Box Honey Pretzel

So thanks for reading my haul I hope you guys liked it! I love doing hauls, but if you have ANY other post ideas, please leave them in the comments and I will definitely get to them! Muahh loves youus♥

Bath and Body Works' Haul!!!! Hello, Yellow! Sale!

I'm sure you have heard all about the Hello, Yellow! Sale going on at Bath and Body Works. It started on the 10th, and it is conitnuing for a while. Like most of the store is 50% off, and a lot of things are 75% off as well! So, on Saturday I went and bought a lot of things for myself! Here is what I got:

Coconut Pineapple Shower Gel (I am in love with this smell!)
$5

Apricot Vanilla Shower Gel $5

Warm Vanilla Sugar Shea Hand Cream $5

Country Apple Gentle Foaming Soap $1.25
(I got this and the next soap for a present for my grandma's birthday)

Vanilla Bliss Gentle Foaming Soap $1.25

Warm Vanilla Sugar Waterless Hand Foam $1
(I got this as a just-because present for one of my friends because this is her all-time favorite scent)

Coconut Lime Verbana Waterless Hand Foam $1
(This one's for me!)

Warm Vanilla Sugar Antibacterial Hand Spray $1
(me as well....!)

Carried Away Perfume & Body Lotion Gift Set $10
(My friend's birthday was coming up in a few weeks and I was planning on buying it anyway, and it won't be 25% off then so why not!!)
Forever Sunshine Travel Shower Gel $FREE!
(I had a printable coupon that is now expired--sorry!--for a free travel sized item with any purchase and this is what I chose because I'm obsessed with shower gels!!!)

So that is everything that i got from Bath and Body Works! I know it seems like a lot, but I bought over $60 worth of stuff, and I got it for $35!

Summer Besties!

I know this is a tag going around YouTube, but I wanted to post this because I think it would be really helpful for some people who are packing their luggage and travel cases for vacations. I will list some dupes, so let's get started!

1) Lip product: My favorite lip product for the summer would probably be a lip stain. It won't be too creamy and get greasy and yucky under the sun, so a lip stain would be perfect. I suggest Benefit's PosieTint Cheek & Lip Stain. A great dupe would be Etude House Fresh Cherry Tint in 02 Pink It's about $5, a little hard to get your hands on, but much cheaper than PosieTint altogether.
2) Blush: My favorite blush in the summer would be the Tarte Cheek Stain. It is sort of a water-based gel stick thing, if that made any sense. But it is really good for your lips, too, if you don't want to double up. A great dupe would be Prestige Perfectly Fresh Cheek Tint for about 8 or 9 dollars.
3) Nail Polish: This one is sooooo hard!!!! I like choosing nail polishes that would make me look tanner in the summer, so a nice coral or a neon color would be great. I suggest China Glaze In the Limelight or any other neon green color.
4) Liquid face product: If you were to go for a liquid face product in the summer, I would choose tinted moisturizer just like everyone else who did this tag. I like the CoverGirl AquaSmoothers Tinted Moisturizer. It is definitely the best tinted moisturizer I have ever tried! I know a lot of people recommend the Laura Mercier one, but I have never tried it, and I don't intend on it for $45.
5) Powder face product: I think that if you were to wear a tinted moisturizer or other liquid afce product, you should definitely set it with something. In my opinion, that would be pressed powder. I suggest the Maybelline Dream Matte Pressed Powder ($6) or the Almay Line Smoothing Pressed Powder ($5)
6) Hair product: I don't really tend to use any actual hair products (other than my shampoo and conditioner, of course) in the summer. Maybe if anything I would choose dry shampoo? The Oscar Blandi one is good ($20), and so is the TreSemme dry shampoo ($7).
7) Eye product: I would probably say brown waterproof mascara to show a more natural look, because that seems like what everyone wants to look like in the summer. Right now I am using the Maybelline Pulse Perfection Mascara in waterproof ($9), and I am not too crazy about it. I mean, I like it, sorta, but I think I would rather my CoveGirl LashBlast Waterproof Mascara. ($7)
8) Self Tanner (or any tanning item): I am not too crazy about any self tanners right now, because they always streak on me, no matter what product I use. I think it just may be the way my skin reacts to it, but I am not a self tanner person. If I were to choose one, I would choose the L'Oreal Sublime Bronze Gel ($7).
9) Fashion accessory: Bug-eyed sunglasses! Of course!!!!
10) Clothing piece: I think that linen pants would probably be my favorite clothing piece for summer. I like the way I can't get hot in them, and they still can look cute, because puttting in a crazy amount of effort into looks is not my deal in summertime.

So, these are all of my summer besties, and I guess I tag all of you to do this as well! I really do hope this helped some people, because I don't mean to be obnoxious with the tags. The last tag I did was fun, but this one was purely just that I wanted to help anyone if they were undecided about summertime products. Alright! So, see you tomorrow (Notice, I have posted every day this week, and I am very happy with mysefl!!)!

It's Wednesday! Tips and Tricks to Get You Through the Week

I haven't done one of these posts in a long long time, but I feel like I had to do one because I am feeling those "mid week blues." For me, it is finals week (ugh) and I have been studying like crazy. I pre-wrote some posts to put up this week, and I am quite impressed with myself. This is because I have been super busy this week, and still managed to post daily, even if they were prewritten. The irony here is that thew past few weeks when I wasn't as busy, I would have three or four day gaps in between posts!

So, it is Wednesday, I this is basically my life right now:

But, do not fear! My optimistic ways are here to cheer myself and anyone else who's feeling the mid-week blues up!

I mean, just look at the puppy!

This basically explains it all:

I also want to share something with you that I am going to take into consideration for the rest of the week: do something daring. Think about it: life really isn't all that fun when you do the same thing over and over again. Actually, in English class the other day we saw a quote about routine: "The greatest story ever told is one of travel. Life's journey is traveling, and always changing." or something like that. I interpreted it as routine gets boring, and we need to change it up a little in our lives, here are some ways to do that:

1. Wear a different hair style every day.
Try a braided topknot one day, a fishtail the next, a funnel cake bun, or beach waves!

2. Go treat yourself to something--you deserve it!
For me, I know, getting Starbucks is a treat and only happens once every month or two months! Maybe I'll grab a coconut frappucino this weekend. What about you--mani/pedis? Shopping spree? Or just some ice cream?

3. Go to the Bath and Body Works Hello, Yellow! Sale!
This is a crazy sale, so much is marked down. Definitely check this out, I came home with so much stuff! (Haul in a few days...)

Alright, so I hope this post helped some of you get through the rest of the week. It's not too far from Friday, now! We can do it! Haha, well see you tomorrow!!!

Review: Revlon Just Bitten in Passion

I have a review for you all today, and unfortunately it isn't a good one. I have been obsessed with lip color lately: lipsticks, lip glosses, lip tints, lip stains, lip EVERYTHING. So, I really wanted to try the Revlon Just Bitten Lipstain because I had heard so many great things about it, and I really wanted a nice lipstain. Plus, I have a $2 off coupon! So, I purchased it on my birthday and wore it out to dinner with friends. I was very impressed with the results!

The next day I had another birthday celebration to go to, and I decided to wear my beloved lipstain again. This time, the tip was dry and flimsy, and did not produce any product onto my lips. Now, mind you, I did put the cap back on, so there is not fault on me here. I was very upset to see that a product that I had liked so much on the first use, was basically disposable.

So, I have tried using the product periodically since then, and let me tell you: I have not gotten any better results. This makes me very sad when I purchase a product I don't like. Perhaps mine just came from a bad batch, or maybe I'm using it wrong (which I doubt...) but I have to say, I am quite turned off from Revlon lip products now because of this.

So tell me: Have you ever tried this product? Did you like it? Were you thinking of purchasing this product? Has my review changed your consideration? I would love to hear your answers in the comments!!!

NOTD: Essie's Lilacism

I've used this nail polish before, but I forgot how much unloved it! This was a breeze to apply, definitely the best application I've ever tried. I absolutely love the color, perfect for summer! Two coats and this color was opaque!

What do you think of this nail polish??

Birthday Haul: Part I

Hi everyone! My birthday was last week, and I went to the city near me with tons of huge stores! I got money to shop in the city, and a little money I had previously saved up. So, I went to H&M and Forever 21 and Lush (my first time!!!) and I also got a few gifts from my friends that I am so grateful for. I love doing hauls, so I thought maybe everyone would be interested in what I got!

So first I went to H&M in the city, and I bought three bathingsuits (all bandeaus--I'm obsessed!):

(Sorry, bad picture taker!!!!)
Then, at Forever 21, I bought myself a necelace, and two pairs of sunglasses!!

Then, I went to Lush and it was my first time there because the closest store is TWENTY miles away from me! So, of course, when there is a Lush nearby, I would have to stop in and get something! Although, I actually didn't just stop in: I was there in that tiny store for over an hour....The workers were so nice and helpful, and were just so great!!! So, here is what I ended up getting (I already have a wishlist for the next time I go!):

Jungle Conditioner

Angels on Bare Skin Facial Cleanser (makes my skin so soft and cleared my redness!!!)
Bubblegum Lip Scrub (Couldn't believe you could eat it!)

My incredibble best friends also bought me gifts, even after I begged them not to! So props to the bestest friends in the world!!!
and...

and...

and...
Nicole by OPI Nicole...Spotted! & Nicole by OPI Party in the Penthouse

Nicole by OPI Stuck in the Chimney & Nicole by OPI Sparkle My Mistletoe

Elizabeth Taylor White Diamonds

And my other friend bought me an anchor necelace with anchor earrings! Unfortunately, I ran out of memory to take a picture with it but it's adorable!

So, that is everything I got, and actually I am having a family birthday party the week after next, so that means even more stuff! :| So, this is part I, and part II will hopefully be up around the 19th/20th?

So, sorry I haven't posted lately!! I promise, after finals and everything, there will be a plethera of posts! Muahh!

NOTD: OPI's Suzi & The Lifeguard

Hello everyone! Today I am posting my first Nail of the Day! I actually didn't do these nails by myself, I got a manicure/pedicure because my birthday was this week. So, I saw this nail polish on the rack, and it looked very irridescent and beautiful. (Plus, I'm only allowed to wear pale pink nails to school....-___- ) So, I chose this one.

Here are my nails...
I really love this color so much, the next time I am at ULTA I am definitely going to purchase it!!!
